Belated Thanks /

The above was given to me by a co-worker. Mikako and I already ate both of them and they were both delicious. The one on the right was nice and spicy - a tom yam ramen. Apparently,
noodles from Vietnam.

Mama noodles are life itself (the ones on the right.) I used to eat them dry as a snack in BKK when I was too tired to go out and buy food and too hungry to wait to heat them up. In Chinatown in
Seattle I bought it by the case for well under ten bucks--good for those cold, wet, windy Seattle nights.

I was pretty sure it was Thai and not Vietnam but my co-worker said it was a gift from a friend from their trip to Vietnam.
